Dr. Nic Charlton is dedicated to helping people move with ease, build strength, and live without pain. He is recognized for his supportive, patient-centered approach, ensuring that each person he cares for feels understood and guided every step of the way.

Nic earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where he was nominated by faculty for clinical excellence. During his time at Palmer, he also served on the Education Team, bringing influential leaders in the profession to campus to teach seminars, and was actively involved in the Sports Council, providing care at community athletic events and expanding his experience in performance-based therapy.

Throughout his training, Nic was mentored by leading sports chiropractors, including those who have served the U.S. Olympic Team. This mentorship, along with his academic background in exercise physiology and human performance, built a strong foundation in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care.

Over time, Nic discovered that there is an athlete in all of us—whether it’s competing in sports, staying active outdoors, or simply moving with confidence in daily life. This belief inspires his practice philosophy: helping people restore function, rediscover movement, and return to the activities that bring them joy.

He currently lives in Novato, CA with his wife and enjoys golf, climbing, biking, and skiing.
